When you enquire or book a score, we keep your name, contact details, production materials and correspondence — only what quoting, writing and delivery require. Browsing the site collects nothing beyond standard, anonymized hosting logs.
Your details are used to answer enquiries, book sessions, deliver cues and invoice. Production audio is never shared publicly without your written permission, and unreleased material lives on encrypted studio drives with strictly limited access.
We never sell, rent or trade your information, feed your unreleased music into datasets or models, or add you to lists you did not ask to join. The site sets no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@vespersound.com. Requests are answered within thirty days. Files essential to active licences or tax records are kept only as long as the law requires.
