1. Bookings & quotes
Each production starts with a written quote covering deliverables, schedule and fee. A booking is confirmed once the quote is accepted in writing and the reservation deposit has arrived. Studio dates are held only after confirmation.
2. Payment
A 40% reservation deposit locks your dates, with the balance due on final delivery before masters are released. Short-form work under fourteen days is billed in full upfront. Overdue balances bring no drama — only a pause on file delivery until settled.
3. Revisions
Two full revision rounds come with every quote. Extra rounds, picture re-cuts or new direction after approval are billed at the day rate in your quote. Themes are shared early precisely so surprises stay small.
4. Rights & ownership
Once the final balance lands, every right agreed in the quote passes to you — normally a full buyout for the production, in all media, in perpetuity. The studio keeps the right to show excerpts as portfolio and showreel material unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
5. Cancellation
If a production is cancelled after confirmation, finished work is billed pro-rata and the deposit is kept against the held dates. We always try to re-book cancelled time first — when we do, the deposit moves with you.
