The story
The film barely leaves its glass-walled house, so the score had to become the weather outside it. We wrote a fragile hymn first — voice and glass harmonica — then let it decay across the picture: muted piano for the daylight lies, bowed strings for everything unsaid.
By the final act the hymn returns almost unrecognizably, played on rain-worn synths under a single sustained string chord. Audiences hum it on the way out without knowing where they learned it.
